EASY MANGO PAPER (Mango cake)


All you need is one ingredient to make these nutritionally approved mango paper. The kids will rejoice when they find this fruity snack.

No need sugar but sweet with a little sour and mango aroma will be fit with a hot cup of tea.

Prepration for 8 people:

2 medium ripen mangoes, peeled, flesh diced 2 medium mangoes, peeled, flesh diced. The more ripen the more better cake. Juicy mangoes are referred.

Preheat oven to 110℃/90℃ fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place mango in a food processor and process for 20 seconds or until a smooth paste forms. Spoon mango on tray and spread until 3mm thick.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 3 1/2 hours or until mango is dry to touch but still pliable. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into strips and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
